Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping times: As some items ship from international suppliers, delivery can take longer than orders shipped from Ireland. Estimated delivery times are:
- Ireland: 7 business days
- Rest of EU: 21 business days
- International: 21 business days
Please note these are estimates and delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues outside our control.
Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight
Customs and import charges: For orders shipped from outside the EU, your parcel may be subject to import duties or VAT charged by customs on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.
